This place is out of this world beautiful. We had seen the photos but we were not prepared to how nice it is in person. Minimalist and elegant, with all the attention given to the detail. The building is beautiful. Our room was just incredible. We had a nice big bed and a big bathroom and then a gigantic terrace with a shaded area with a table to eat and two sun chairs. Then we had stairs to the roof terrace, that was INCREDIBLE. We had to sun beds and an umbrella, and a hot tub with a view! (not to the caldera -that you can see walking 2 minutes out of the hotel- but equally awesome and relaxing) (we used it every day!) all surrounded by a beautiful garden that smells amazing. We missed nothing in the room, with complementary water, coffee and tea, good amount of towels and toiletries, and good wifi. Then there is the hosts: the nicest people ever, always super helpful, with fantastic recommendations (that you should follow!) and with a direct line of communication at any time. They arranged a couple of crucial transfers with us in the smoothest possible way. And most importantly, they prepared and provided breakfast. I had read other reviews and knew it was good but it exceeded expectations. Varied, extremely generous, and DELICIOUS. This is a fantastic choice for Santorini, not only because it is amazing, but also because location wise it is very good, just a few steps to the center of Fira and the bus station (crucial to get around the island). Cannot recommend this hotel more and would certainly book it again!

We were so happy we chose Ethos for our stay on Santorini! We are living in Athens and wanted to do something special for our son’s 21st birthday. Of course Santorini is amazing in itself, but being at Ethos made it even more so. Artemis and Coskun are both lovely, warm people who were a pleasure to talk with. Artemis knows a lot about the island and its history having grown up there. But I have to mention the best thing-I was so overwhelmed with gratitude towards them because Artemis went to the trouble of baking some very tasty banana chocolate chip cupcakes as a little surprise for our son on the morning of his birthday! Having something homemade really made a difference for him and for us since we are far from home. 😊 Thank you so much for that, Artemis!! 🥰🥰🥰 I should also say that the rooms were lovely - I like the muted tones and natural materials. I also loved the little no-waste soap squishy things! We hope to be able to get back there again some day. Last thing - if you are planning a trip off-season, Fira is the place to go because when we went to Oia, it was almost entirely shut down! Stay in Fira which is more lively -but still so much quieter than in summer- really beautiful!

First of all, it was like being at home and not in a hotel. The owners Artemis & Coskun are simply exemplary hosts. They did everything to make sure that we had an unforgettable stay in Santorini, despite two very cloudy (incl. rain) days. Here are the reasons why you should stay at Ethos 1. Artemis & Coskun, their sustainable ecosystem and minimalistic design 2. Delicious breakfast with great ingredients we newly discovered every day (daily something new). It's prepared by Artemis herself with love and became one of our daily highlights 3. Perfectly located in Thira (Fira) as it was short walking distance of 2-3min for Eating, Drinking, Central Bus Station, Shopping, etc. 4. Spacious, clean and nice room with a balcony including our own whirlpool (it was warm) and comfortable sunbeds 5. Fantastic recommendations/reservations for dinning, bars, day trips and more 6. As it is a boutique hotel, you really can relax, or work if you need, thanks to the great wifi connection

Coskun helped us with anything we needed, from recommendations for good vegan food around Fira to making reservations and booking activities for us. One highlight was a cooking class with Artemis - it felt like spending an evening with family, and getting to cook some delicious greek food over a bottle of wine was such a treat! The location is right in the heart of Fira, but you still feel tucked away as the suites are so peaceful and quiet. Will definitely be back!

Coskun is an amazing and hospitable host! The property is fantastic, set back off the Main Street which has everything you need, but also offers the full privacy and seclusion with a small balcony and great hot tub. The rooms are large and modern, decorated in an eco-style with this in mind. Breakfast is served very fresh each morning in your room and has great variety and flavour. You can make the room pitch black using shutters (this was amazing!) and this is the only place in Greece where I was allowed to flush toilet paper (should advertise this more). I would recommend to any couple wanting a break in Santorini.
